We proudly welcome Djablo maker Laura Dadap to the Hot Ones hot sauce family! Djablo Sauce is the first locally produced, family owned and operated small batch Filipino hot sauce in the United States. 

Laura kicked up the heat for this exclusive recipe using a punchy mix of serrano peppers, Thai chili flake, and dried Scorpion peppers. The flavor also packs a punch thanks to powerful aromatics like ginger and garlic, plus a touch of sweetness. Its Filipino hot sauce flavor adds flare to all different types of cuisine, as well as Filipino classics like chicken adobo, sisig or lumpia (spring rolls).
